My definition of enjoying WAS clubbing, drinking and pubbing. Hehe! I guess it was the same for many peers when we were only 17-20! I stopped clubbing since the age of 20. I went a few times since then but I never liked it anymore as I felt really out of place!
As I got more mature, my definition has definitely changed a lot! Preferences vary for different people of course. I know of people who still love to club after the age of 30. And that includes MY MOM. She didn’t party when she was young because she gave birth to me when she was 19, and since then she has been a ‘free maid’ for the family until we got a helper 5 years ago. Ahaha her favourite club is Shanghai Dolly (I never even go before)!
So here’s a few points of my definition of life enjoyment!
1. Walking and incorporating tiny exercises into my normal day to day routine.
I also do some planks/crunches or carry dumbbells while I watch TV at night.
2. Click Clacking my joints
I crack since really young… like 5 years old. #blameDad
Every time I watch chiropractic videos of spinal manipulation, I get really high from all the cracking sounds! I crack an average of 5 times a day.
3. I adore Maki San’s soba salad! Look at that spring onions! Nomz!
4. In order to exercise even more regularly, I joined a ladies group circuit training!

5. I also enjoy playing the ukulele very much! However, due to many hobbies, writing, work and pets, I have been neglecting it! Trying to find time for practice!
