KEY QUALIFIERS
The Great Singapore Sail Giveaway Campaign is open to females over the age of 18 who are either Singaporean Citizens or Singapore Permanent Resident residing in Singapore.
Participants must be registered as a member of MyFatPocket.com and must have completed the competition form correctly and supplied a valid IC number to be eligible to compete and win.
The winner and her 3 travelling companions must have valid passports (and have no travel restrictions to Thailand) and must be available to travel between 11 July 2013 and 31 October 2013.
The 3 traveling companions with the winner must also be Singapore citizens/permanents residents and be able to travel as mentioned in the above Key Qualifiers.
The Winner must be available to receive her prize in person.

(My Fat Pocket Pte Ltd (‘MFP’) reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time at its own discretion without prior notice.)
1. The Great Singapore Sail Giveaway Campaign is exclusive to females registered as a member of MyFatPocket.com and who are Singapore citizens or permanent residents residing in Singapore only.
2. Participants of the Giveaway Campaign must complete the requisite competition form and by participating in the Giveaway Campaign, agree to receive newsletters and electronic mails from MFP or MyFatPocket.com.
3. Employees of the OMG group of companies and its subsidiaries and their family members; and employees from the appointed agencies, partners and directly appointed auditors for this Giveaway Campaign are not eligible to participate in this Giveaway Campaign.
4. The Giveaway Campaign period is from 3 June 2013 (GMT 12:00hrs) to 4 July 2013 (GMT 12:00hrs)
5. The draw to determine the winner of the Giveaway Campaign (“Draw”) will be video documented and conducted at 8 Jalan Kilang Timor, #03-11/12, Kewalram House on 10 June 2013 at GMT 15:00hrs.
6. The Draw will be by way of an electronic draw system that will randomly pick an email address used to register for this Giveaway Campaign to determine the winner for the prize. The first drawn email address will win the prize. Three additional email addresses will be drawn as “back-up” winners in the event the first drawn email does not satisfy the Key Qualifiers or these terms and conditions, in which event the “back-up winners” will be vet for qualification for the prize in the order they were drawn.
6a. Each eligible participant is entitled to the following chances of winning:
• An existing MyFatPocket.com member – 2 chances
• Newly signed up MyFatPocket.com member – 1 chance
• MyFatPocket.com member who recommends a person to participate in the Giveaway Campaign and such person participates and fulfils all eligibility requirements – 1 chance
7. The winner will be announced on MFP. The winner will also be notified by email (to her email address indicated in the records of MFP) within 2 working days from the date of the Draw. The notification email once sent is considered delivered. It is the sole responsibility of participants to check their mailbox and the notice on MFP.
8. The winner is required within 1 week from the date of the notification email to respond as instructed in the said notification email. In the event of non-response, the first of the three additional email addresses drawn will be deemed the winner of the prize and will be subject to the requirements of Clause 7 and this Clause.
8a. Flights and accommodation for the prize are given to the winner at the discretion of MFP. MFP reserves the right to change the Airline, Hotel and Boat accommodation as it deems fit. Flights to Phuket and confirmation of travel dates are subject to airline availability. Accommodation will be a 2-bedroom villa and is also subject to availability and Hotel terms and conditions.
8b. The winner and her travelling companions agree to pay for all of the following: (a) all and any meals except for Breakfast; (b) any and all transport/transfer expenses except from airport to Wahoo on arrival, from Wahoo to The Bell and from The Bell to airport on the last day; and (c) any and all personal spending.
8c. In the event the winner withdraws from the competition after MFP has successfully completed flight and/or accommodation bookings, the winner agrees to reimburse to MFP the costs incurred for such bookings and any applicable cancellation fee in full.
8d. In the event any of the winner’s travelling companions is unable to travel, the winner may at her discretion nominate a replacement travelling companion provided the winner bears any costs incurred to facilitate such replacement.
9. If the prize remains unclaimed for 1 month after the date of the last notification email for the prize, it will be forfeited and the prize (or its value in cash) will be donated to a charitable organization determined by MFP.
10. The prize is considered claimed when the winner signs on the Acknowledgement Form. The winner must collect the prize in person. Collection is not permitted to be made by a person authorized by the winner.
11. If the winner is subsequently discovered to be ineligible to participate in the Giveaway Campaign, MFP reserves the right to forfeit/reclaim the prize and confer the same on the “back-up winners” in accordance with the provisions herein. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from MFP should the prize be forfeited.
12. MFP may at its sole discretion substitute or replace the prize with any other prize of equal or similar value (in kind) selected by it without prior notice. Unless otherwise indicated by MFP, the prize is non-transferable and is not exchangeable for cash or for any other item.
13. The winner agrees to co-operate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of MFP relating to the Draw or the Giveaway Campaign and future campaigns. The winner also agrees that MFP may publicise her name and/or photographs and/or videos in such mode and manner as MFP considers fit. The winner also agrees to give a full account and details of the trip to Phuket to the satisfaction of MFP.
13a. MFP reserves the rights to use at its discretion any pictures taken during the trip to Phuket and accounts of the trip submitted to MFP for advertising or marketing purposes. By accepting the prize and/or going on the trip, the winner and her travelling companions agree to grant to MFP exclusive and unlimited media rights to all images taken by them on the trip. MFP may distribute these materials to any third party it deems fit.
14. Without prejudice to these terms and conditions, all participants in the Giveaway Campaign expressly and irrevocably permit and authorise MFP to disclose, reveal and divulge information regarding their particulars to the parties involved in organising, promoting and conducting the Giveaway Campaign or the Draw for the purposes of the Giveaway Campaign.
15. MFP's decision on all matters relating to the Giveaway Campaign or the Draw will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence shall be entertained.
16. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Giveaway Campaign or the Draw, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
17. MFP reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Giveaway Campaign or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any person, the basis and methods of identification of the winner and the date of the Draw.
18. MFP shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Giveaway Campaign or the Draw, including any act or omission relating to any person's participation howsoever caused, any error in computing any draw chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment and any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post.
