Beach and the city, the East and the West. Contrasting elements coming together for the Shanghai Tang Spring Summer 2016 collection.
This season, Shanghai Tang found its inspiration in the sizzling south of Spain: a place where the rhythms of flamenco, the smell of bougainvillea and the lure of the Mediterranean are never far away. The fusion of the oriental style together and the western touches speaks of the fiery passion of the Andalucian character with a relaxed, easy-going outlook.
The ladies collection is divided into three sub ranges - Culture Collision, Pure Sophistication and 60s Reboot. Culture Collision sees traditonal culture meets contemporary art. Vivid fabrics of Mao Tribe creates richness and luxury. Pure Sophistication sees brighter shades with a carefree outlook and clean sihouette. 60s Reboot sees the 1960s come back to play in bright pastels, giant pop art florals and big bold prints. There is definitely something for every girl in this collection.
Top models Dae Na and Tian Yi were featured in this campaign, revealing the sophistication and allure of the collection for this season.
