Although the off-shoulder trend gained popularity way back during early to mid 1800s, we usually associate it with the 1980s, with the big hair and Jennifer Beal's Flashdance fashion. This Spring/Summer, off-shoulders have made a big comeback and shoulders are the new décolletage this year.
