Pedder on Scotts presents its latest pop-up kiosks – Fluff Bakery and Proof & Company. Pop over for the specialized cupcakes, or an intimate spirits and cocktails tasting session.
Fluff Bakery
Fluff Bakery’s specialised cupcakes and bakes will be sold from 19 April to June 2016. Known for its delicious cakes and cupcakes with unique fillings and innovative flavours, such as Chocolate Milkshake & Fries or the Mooncake Cupcake, Fluff Bakery will debut their first ever pop-up kiosk at Pedder on Scotts!
Customers will get to taste a variety of their best sellers including Nutella Red Velvet, Salted Caramel and Ondeh Ondeh Cupcakes. All bakes are freshly made on a daily basis with new flavours introduced weekly. Cupcakes, including the premium flavours, are sold at $4 each. Cakes are sold from a range of $6 to $8 a slice.
Exclusive flavours will be introduced at Pedder on Scotts, starting with Chocolate Orange Rosemary Caramel in April and Green Tea Lemon Pistachio Pop Rocks in May.
Fluff Bakery at Pedder on Scotts will open from 12pm to 7.30pm daily.
Proof & Company
Pedder on Scotts introduces the ultimate destination for top-class tipples with an expertly curated selection of craft spirits by Proof & Company, an award winning collective encompassing a multitude of the world’s finest independent spirit brands. A sleek pop-up bar will display and sell a range of the finest spirits brands, as well as cocktail tools and books from 15 April to August 2016. The selection includes gins, rums, vodkas, bourbons, piscos and artisanal mezcales from craft distilleries from around the world.
On select weekends, intimate tasting sessions will be hosted by one of Proof & Company Spirit Evangelists. This creative team is a collective of the most experienced professionals in the industry, with over 40 Spirited Awards and global wins in the past 8 years. They will be present to interact with customers, and provide guidance on the spirits and cocktails.
Proof & Company Pop-Up Bar at Pedder on Scotts will open from 12pm to 9.30pm daily.
