Korean Style Semi-Permanent Makeup can make anyone a natural beauty and is taking over the current beauty trend by storm. I personally love it so much because the effects of it is so natural and it saves me so much time in the mornings before I head out. I could spend the extra time I had in the mornings with my son to help him with his breakfast before he goes to school or just lie in my bed to get an extra 30 minutes of snooze. Being a working mum is really hectic, but nevertheless I really still want to look pretty and presentable. So the solution for me is – Semi-permanent makeup!
It is great waking up everyday and feeling presentable looking enough already with semi-permanent makeup done. But I must tell you; semi-permanent makeup can be quite addictive. First, I started out with doing Eyebrow embroidery thinking it would be great that I do not have to try draw and balance my eyebrows (which melts away during the day) everyday leaving only to put on eyeliner and lip stick before going out. Then I went on and did my eyeliner embroidery a couple of months ago and now few weeks ago did my lips color as well.
Semi-permanent makeup are suppose to last for a few years therefore, it is ok if the style of makeup changes, I can get new ones done next time. Now currently the trend is straighter and thicker looking eyebrows, inner lash eyeliner to open up the eyes to look brighter and bigger. Orange graduation lip color for that more youthful demure look. There are also red and pinkish colors available too.
This is me above about 3 years ago without any makeup before I had my Eyebrow Embroidery done. I literally have no eyebrows on the outer part. I had eyelash perming done in the photo above, which helps a little to lift up my eyes, but I still prefer the effect of my Eyeliner Embroidery right now.

Most fascinating for me currently right now is the lip color enhancement. Pinkish Lip Enhancement Technique is a very practical and new semi permanent make-up method for enhancing the lip which can be achieved through infusing lip coloring pigment made with natural ingredients (eg. coloring from plants and herbs) for that beautiful lip effect to help achieve that natural rosy lips that you always dream of. My original lip color is not nice at all. Dark at the sides and pale in the centre. I hate that I always got to reapply lipstick again and again after meals or when I ate the lipstick color by biting my lips during the day. It’s really yuck! I hated my original lip color.
