I must be the unhealthiest person on earth because I do not enjoy exercising because I hate sweating. I know swimming is a good alternative but I honestly detest swimming as well because I can’t swim for nuts :(
What’s worst is I hate my greens and meat!! Despite knowing how important greens are for our body, I still can’t bring myself to go near them because of the weird crunchy sensation and bitter taste.
With me being so fussy about food and keeping fit, I try to eat “cleaner”. I know cleaner means less oil and more greens but my form of clean is to avoid fried food and meat.
A bento this cute can also make me give in and take in some greens.
I take in a lot of dairy products like milk, cheese and eggs. Oh, I love seafood – especially fish too! Fish, personally, has very high nutritional values so it’s a bonus for me! I only go for steamed fish though – nothing raw like salmon or nothing deep fried either.
I have the habit to take in probiotics from cultured milk drinks and vitamins from supplements as well.
As James loves exercising, he has been dragging me to the gym to keep us in shape from all the food tastings…….
Now I hope I can continue to keep myself in the pink of health!
