1. Naval Inspirations
Military inspirations have been seen in the key looks for Spring/Summer 2016 and it is going strong for Fall/Winter, but taking on a turn to a new military branch, the navy. Keep a look out for double-breast coats, high waist sailor pants, and a shade of serious navy blue.

2. Dark Romance
With winter approaching, we are seeing the dark, romantic moods taking over the runways. Expect romantic laces and ruffles à la victorian style, but in black rather than pastels and whites. Try not to confuse it with gothicism though.

3. 70s Rock Chic
After the minimistic '90s comeback in the earlier part of the year, we go further back in history to the '70s rock chic look for Fall/Winter.

4. Leopard Prints
The wildest trend this season goes to the leopard prints, and be sure to accent your outfits with subtle prints if all-out full leopard prints outfits are too loud for you.

5. Lush Velvet
Velvet spells elegance and is one of the bigger fabric trends of Fall/Winter. We spotted many in royal shades but black is still one of the more popular colours.

6. Brocade
This classic fabric was brought onto the runway with a modern take. Still luxurious, but now with exciting cuts and bold designs.
