Literally nothing is boring, it’s just a matter of perspective. Though, this applies to exercising too, but we understand it’s natural to grow weary of repetitive workout. However, you can choose to spice up your exercise with just a little effort.

  • Mix & Match Your Routine

Rather than just repeating the same old exercise schedule week after week (Cycling on Monday, running on Tuesday, swimming on Wednesday…..), revamp your exercise by mix-matching the activities. Such as rotating among the several activities- 15 minutes of walking, 10 minutes of walking and 20 minutes of cycling.

If you like, you could even go ahead to create different playlists to pump up your adrenaline.

  • Join Forces
