That’s right! Going back to the healthier track is indeed a lot easier when I have James.
He nags when we haven’t been exercising for weeks, he nags when our diet gets too unhealthy. HE NAGS WHEN HE FEELS FAT! With so many food tastings and a picky eater girlfriend who dumps almost all her food on his plate, how can he maintain his figure?
I must say that we have been a lot healthier ever since we embarked on the gym/ jogging activity. We don’t do it once a week but… we are almost there! Last month, we finished a 7km run and it was an achievement for me because my longest run is only 5km!
I think jogging or running is an addiction because after the 7km run, I have been asking James to join me for jogs during the weekends. Usually, he will have to ask and call and ask again and again for a jog. But time has changed. It’s the other way now.
For diet wise, he is still counting his calories very carefully. He will try to avoid taking too much carbohydrates but for me? I LOVE CARBO!!
This is what I meant by calorie counting is a lot easier when you have a partner. You can motivate each other and push each other on. However, if you don’t have a partner, you can look for calorie counting apps to accompany you too!
