The yummy mooncake festival has just passed. If you are thinking of not wasting those mooncakes that are left sitting on the table at home, think again! Calories for mooncakes are surprisely on the high side.

One of my girlfirends who is a mooncake lover complains that she has gained a few kilos with her mooncakes. Out of curiosity, I decided to check on the internet and this is what I have found!
The general rule is that if you take in more calories than you use, you will gain weight. Take in fewer calories than you use, you will lose weight. If those numbers are pretty much the same, you will maintain your current weight.
If you are serious about losing some weight during this period, it will be wise to stay away from these round calorie monsters.
