Sometimes we just want to be all demure and pure, and other days we can’t help but behave in an uncanny manner. That’s why, Asahi chose to unleash the evil twin of their regular lager – Asahi Super Dry Black Lager to complement our mood swings.

Asahi Super Dry Black Lager
Despite inheriting the same yeast strain (No. 318) as its golden Asahi Super Dry brother, this black version is unlike any other. It boosts a mildly vanilla flavour, with a nutty-sweet palate and a dry, rounded finish that does not leave a bitter aftertaste.

The deeper, darker flavour from roasted malt and crispness from the addition of rice and corn makes the dark lager smooth and sessionable, thus allowing drinkers to enjoy several glasses without feeling full.
Available at 7-Eleven
The dark rendition is only exclusively available at 7-Eleven. Head over to the nearest store if you can’t resist the dark side. Each can (350ml) retails at SGD 4.80 (subject to GST and prevailing in store promotions).
Do Not Let the Lager Go to Waste
Thanks to Asahi Breweries, we managed to learn these 5 tips to avoid ruining our lagers.
Drink the Beer While It is Fresh
The freshness of the beer is compromised as time passes. Thus, it's desirable to consume it as early as possible within the best by period.

Store it Right
Store the beer in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. If bottled or canned beer is stored in a freezer or a car trunk, the beer could become turbd. Moreover, the can and glass could explode.
