Ramen fanatics would be familiar with the name Tsuta, a nine-seater ramen shop in Tokyo who earned one star in the 2016 Michelin Guide Tokyo last year. Good news for all Singaporeans, Tsuta will be opening their first overseas outlet right here on our shores next month!

Tsuta is located in Sugamo, Tokyo, and it is known for its snaking long queue that starts as early as 6am, even though the restaurant only opens at 11am. That's real good evidence that Tsuta's ramen deserves the Michelin star isn't it?
