Although I am not an avid fan of Kpop, drama or fashion, it is not hard to wear something that coincidentally falls into the K-style trend since K-fashion had made its way into Asia. Everyone around me loves anything related to Korean. (Even my helper is crazy about BIG BANG!) Many clothing stores and websites now carry Korean style apparels and accessories.
The other day when I went for a musical at MBS, I dug out a dress that I bought ages ago but didn't get to wear. Yeah, I don't like to wear dresses. But that day I just had the mood to dress up a little, and being me, I went for something punky and athleisure. I love the colors and texture in this attire and I wondered why didn't I bother wearing this much earlier!
It was a one-piece colourful prints short dress with a black mesh layered over in the centre. On the front, a black number '2' gives the entire outfit this really sporty, Jersey feel.
Watch/Accessory: Fossil, Black "Pulse" bracelet
Shoes: Nike
Bag: Porter International (green studded)
The dress is really short, but of course I wouldn't be strutting around just like that. I had a pair of denim shorts underneath.
A friend told me that my dressing reminded her of a KPOP girl band's style. I went to Google and there you go!
Exactly the kind of style I like and would have worn so much in the past too! Does that make me a Kpop star? LOL
2NE1
I totally adore such rebellious-looking and stylish dressing!
What about you? What kind of K-style do you go for?
