You can easily find many free calorie counters online, but it can be such a hassle to open up your web browser and head over to the url to check all the time. Really, who has got time for that isn't it? Wouldn't it be great if our calorie input and output can be automatically calculated for us, and you will be notified whenever you eat too little or too much?

Good news for all. With Crunch, that is absolutely possible.
Crunch allows us to set up our personal profile and it calculates our daily calorie allowance for us. With its Crunch In and Crunch Out functions, we can easily track our daily calorie balance and check out the meal suggestions based on our locations to make sure that we do not under or over eat. And just like we mentioned earlier, we can also set our weight goal in Crunch and let it be our companion to help us lose weight, maintain our current weight, or even to gain some weight. Setting our weight goal in Crunch
- Step 1: Swipe left on the red tab to see the menu and click on "Weight Goal".
- Step 2: Click "Next" to let start on your journey to achieve your ideal weight.
- Step 3: Select whether you want to lose weight, maintain your current weight, or gain weight.
Crunch notifies you if your selection is not healthy for you. For example, if your BMI is below the ideal and you still want to lose weight, you will be prompted with a warning message before you make your choice. It is always recommended to stay within your healthy weight range, isn't it?
- Step 4: Set your ideal weight
- Step 5: Choose how fast you want to lose/gain weight
- Step 6: You are done!

With Crunch as your calories companion, you can now find out exactly how many calories you should eat and how many calories you need to burn.
