The popular U.K originated gym has recently created an ingenious form of exercise, Nap-ercise. And yes, it consists of nothing else but 45 minutes of napping, complete with comfy beds, sheets, and eye masks. According to their site, the exercise aims to “reinvigorate the mind, enhance moods, and even burn calories”.

If you think it’s too good to be true, there are actually studies that back it. Research says benefits of a siesta include reduced stress, better concentration, lower blood pressure, and being more rested. No wonder some companies like Google, already have nap pods in their office.
