I have long hours at work. I am not desk bound, and I move a round a lot. In our hot and humid weather, I still always want to keep myself fresh and not smelling all sweaty and dirty. So I do try to keep myself clean and dry with wet wipes and tissue paper.
But we do need to keep our intimate area clean and smelling good too.
Especially when I am having my period. I am spending long hours outside and I do not have the luxury of going for a shower and wash every few hours. It is a big sigh to feel so icky…
TILL I FOUND THE SOLUTION!
Different parts of our body requires different washes to clean it well. We don’t use our shower foam to wash our hair, and neither do we use our facial cleanser to clean our body.
That is why we also need to use a feminine wash for our V zone since it has a slightly acidic environment, as compared to the rest of our body.
Lactacyd has a range of products for us to take good care of our delicate V zone!
Latacyd Wipes
Another of my favourite product from the Lactacyd range is the Lactacyd Nourish.
- Specially formulated with 10% extra milk moisturizing ingredients to ensure silky feel and moisturization for your intimate area.
- pH balanced combination of natural milk-based Lactoserum and Lactic acid, dermatologically proven safe to gently cleanse every day.
- Made by the world’s No.1 feminine hygiene expert and THE recognized EXPERT on essential feminine needs at every stage of life.
- Nourish and pamper your intimate area with a feeling of extra moisturization.
- Prevents your intimate area from dryness.
- Comes in light, fresh-floral scent for a feeling of silky softness and smoothness.
In fact, we should use a feminine wash to wash our V zone, and not a normal shower foam. Watch the video below to understand it better! And more videos below to debunk the many myths of feminine hygiene.

Let’s start the journey to protect and take good care of our V zone ladies!!
No…. You can cannot say that using wet tissues are the same… They are not! I do not dare to use wet tissues on my V zone because I am really not sure what ingredients are used in the wet tissues. I do not want to have my skin irritated. I feel safe using Latacyd Wipes for the V zone, since it is made to cater for that purpose!
Latacyd Wipes’ Natural Ingredients contains Lactic acid from natural milk extract with soothing, anti-itching agent , protects from odor and irritation , maintains normal vaginal pH and the product is Hypo-allergenic (for sensitive skin).
It is convenient for me to bring it around with me. Just slip it into my bag like a pack of tissue paper! My favourite item from the Lactacyd range!
Latacyd Nourish
Why? Because it is the most moisturizing of the lot. Great for my dehydrated skin and it is very refreshing to use. I love the refreshing scent at the end of a long and exhausting day.
I have friends asking me, “When do I use a feminine wash? It doesn’t seem to come in anywhere in my shower routine?”
