Wasn't it just yesterday when we said "Happy New Year" underneath those fireworks? Fast forward twelve months are we are saying goodbye to 2017 already.

Looking back at 2017 trends, we see the rise of statement earrings, bell sleeves, baker boy hats and sock boots. To end off the year, we picked up what's hot in the sartorial department from our bloggers this month and saw that embroideries and plaids are still going on strong. Adding on to that, spot all the berets the bloggers are wearing and it seems that berets are now in the fashion girls favour too!

Let's take a look at what our girls are wearing this month.

It really isn't too difficult to style a plain outfit. Put on that scarf and rock those red lips!

We love leather and we love embroideries so why not combine the two? We love Emily's embroidered denim jacket.

Are you naughty or nice? We'll picked the former for Cheryl and watch her rock these bad girl vibes. Don't be shy about accessorizing, learn a trick or two from Cheryl.

Be that sunshine in someone's life! Yes it is F/W season where muted colours are more of a norm. But remember, the real fashion girl knows no rules.

Remember what we said about bright colours? Yellow has been really big this year and especially apt for our bright and sunny Singapore. Try a wrap top like Christy did and pair it with your favourite jeans.

Remember Paris Hilton in her Juicy Couture tracksuits in the early '00s? Good news for us, track suits are making a comeback. We love this piece that Joanna is donnning and it is, in a way, perfect for Christmas too! (Remember when we said that track pants aren't going away anytime soon too?)

Red and pink were the go-to colour combinations during New York Fashion Week for Spring/Summer 2018. We just got reminded again that rules are meant to be brokened. Spot the beret that is huge this season after Dior brought them on their runways.

Get inspired by Jolene's hip hop styling with extra long sleeves and track pants.

Another beret spotted? Red is a great choice to pop the outfit.

Prefer something casual for the weekend? Get cosy in a gradient knit top. Yes, get an oversized one.

Beret? Checked. Plaids? Checked. Roanna is oozing some French girl vibes with her outfit.

It's the season for vacations and if you prefer the beach to the cold winter destinations, take cue from Yuni for her vacation outfits that are so on point.

If you find wearing a jumpsuit too boring, accessorize. Berets and straw bags are great picks.

Glam up for the parties in black and red and you won't go wrong. Instead of picking a dress off the racks, go for separates to add character. A black bralet and a satin red dress went really well for Yixin!

Think that a white and pink jumpsuit is too sacharrine sweet and you can't pull it off? Fret not. We like how Samantha paired it with edgy boots and oversize hoop earrings to achieve a balance and instantly up her style points.

Never underestimate the style power of a bodysuit. Jacleyn looked like a supermodel in one!
