It's not the first time the fashion house collaborated with Disney and the past two Mickey and Minnie collections were huge sell outs.
This time around, we are seeing Snow White and her friends in the Coach Pre-Fall collection. Creative Director, Stuart Vevers, calls this capsule collection "a gothic, romantic fairy-tale," with references to the dark, dreamy romance of Stevie Nicks and Axl Rose's rock swagger, combined with a darker side of Disney's "Snow White".
Expect a uniquely American approach to craftsmanship, with artisanal detailing on nostalgic wardrobe pieces symbolic of rock and roll history. Studding, fringing, whipstitching and patchwork are recontextualized and applied with an elemental, “handmade” quality to leather and denim and dreamy, gothic pieces are mixed with edgy street wears.
