As I age, I realized I have become more and more conscious and caution of my health and well-being. I tend to take note of what I consume nowadays and also try to keep up with a healthier lifestyle. It’s good this way because it really makes me feel a lot better about myself. I need more positive vibes in my life man!

Okay so anyway, I’ve tried Health Domain Dr Oatcare previously after hearing so many positive reviews from my friends and I really love it! There are plenty of benefits and to my surprise, it tastes great! Definitely worth trying!

Many have asked if Brown rice or Quinoa is better so here's my research!
 
 
I'd recommend Quinoa as compared to Brown rice as Quinoa offers more dietary fibre & protein, so it should make for a more filling addition to your diet. Each serving of Quinoa contains 2.6 gram of fibre and 4 grams of protein while brown rice has 1.9 grams of fibre and 2.5 grams of protein per serving.

Quinoa offers higher Magnesium and has 4 times more immune building iron than Brown rice.

Both are low in calcium but Quinoa offers 1% more RDA than brown rice.

In addition, Quinoa contains "Folate" (a hard-to-get nutrient for most women) and it has potassium edge supplying nearly 10% of daily value needed.
Both Brown rice and Quinoa are good dietary food but Quinoa is slightly more beneficial than Brown rice.
