Start by washing skin thoroughly with warm water. Pat skin dry and apply a comprehensive layer of the gel. Keep it on for 20 minutes. Gel should be dry. Use warm water to completely rinse the gel from your skin. Follow up with a spray of chilled water to close your pores and seal in the effects of the gel. Can be used on body as well as face.
