Just a mere week after I had delivered a healthy baby boy, I had managed to lose all but 3kg of my pregnancy weight. Thinking that the rest would eventually go off on its own, I continued my usual lifestyle.
Weight is just a number, I told myself. I had tried not to think much about this issue, hoping that it would go off on its own. So sure, my skinny jeans no longer fit, in fact what once used to accentuate my slim, long legs now magnified its flaws instead. Well, I would just wear baggy clothes then since they could cover up.
I didn’t give it much thought until a recent trip to a massage where the masseur casually mentioned that I had a tummy.
It was like a wakeup call for me.
To be honest, it made me feel fat and unattractive.
Determined to do something about my flabby tummy and thighs, I turned to the Internet for solutions. That was when I chanced upon the Prive’s 360 ShapeUp Programme.
I read about how the programme encompasses a healthy and balanced diet, that is coupled with exercise and clinically-proven machines. In fact, I’ve just called to book an appointment with them.
It’s brand new year and the time when most people start making a list of new year resolutions. However, only 59% actually follow through their resolutions, I happen to belong to the category that doesn’t. This is one of the reasons why I don’t usually do resolutions. But not this time, 2014 will be a year of change. I have decided to start living healthy and lose the excess weight I had gained from my pregnancy.
And so to follow through my resolution, I will be counting on Prive’s 360 ShapeUp Programme. Can’t wait to go down for a consultation and see how they can help me.
