All this while I thought it was offensive to stereotype blonds as ditzy, but it turns out there is a blond who actually wants people to see her that way. She’s even going through online hypnotherapy to make herself a more like a brainless, plastic doll.
38-year-old Blondie Bennett from California has been obsessed with Barbie dolls ever since she was a little girl. As a teenager, she often dressed like one to gain attention from men. But now she’s taken her obsession to a whole new level. Her weekly sessions actually help her get more confused and vacant. Just like a doll. “I just want to be the ultimate Barbie. I actually want to be brainless. I don’t like being human, if that makes sense. I’m sacrificing a normal life to look like this,” she said. “I always hear like, ‘natural’s better, natural’s better’. But natural’s boring, I’m sorry. I would love to be like, completely plastic.”
Blondie isn’t even her real name, as you might have guessed. The former model had her name changed a year ago to suit her new personality. She has spent over $40,000 on five breast enhancements. Her breasts are now a whopping size 32JJ. She had a chin liposuction as well, to contour her face to resemble Barbie.
Although she is now unemployed, Blondie has no trouble paying for all her beauty treatments. She gets her online sugar daddies to pay her rent and for everything else. In exchange, she sends them sexy pictures of herself dressed as Barbie. Thanks to her new sponsors, she has regular Botox and lip fillers and spray tans to achieve the artificial look.
“I have one, like, special guy. He pays my rent and we go out every so often. You know, basically I’m just like his play doll. And then I have other gentlemen friends that they’re like into the whole Botox and lip fillers. So they’ll pay for my stuff like that as long as I video it for them.”
But nothing beats the fact that she’s actively trying to become more stupid, for the complete plastic experience. “I’ve had 20 sessions and I’m already starting to feel ditzy and confused all the time,” she said. “Recently I went to pick a friend up at the airport and couldn’t remember if I needed to go to departures or arrivals. I also got lost for three hours driving to my mum’s house – the house where I grew up,” she said. For Blondie, being artificial is a natural thing. “When people ask why I want to be Barbie, I think, ‘who wouldn’t want to be?’ She has the best life. All she does is shop and make herself look pretty – she doesn’t worry about anything.” At age 18, Blondie bleached her hair and drove a Corvette, just like her hero. She even took up promotional jobs at toy stores, pretending to be Barbie.
“People thought it was just a phase but I thought to myself as soon as I move out of home I’m going to turn myself into Barbie. My friends hated the attention I got from guys because of how I dressed. They told me to tone it down when I went out with them. I was forced to live a double life until about eight years ago when I decided to become Barbie for real and ignore what other people said.”
Blondie said that a lot of women try and look like Barbie dolls, but she’s the only one to take it to the next level. “I want people to see me as a plastic sex doll and being brainless is a big part of that.” And she’s aware of all the criticism her attitude brings her. “Girls point and stare and talk behind my back. My friends and family, they’re not too supportive of my whole Barbie transformation.”
But as she gets more ‘brainless’, Blondie is happier that she’s achieving her goals. “Now that I’ve come out of the Barbie closet, I’m not shy about what I do. I love how I’m living my life. I’m super happy.” Now, who can argue with that!
