A 25-year-old man from Chongqing recently underwent breast surgery in Guangzhou, the first step of transforming himself into a 100% woman.
Known only by his alias, Xiao Xiang, he said he loves wearing short skirts and, while psychologically and physically he badly wants to be a woman.
He said he only loves men.
In the next six months, he will continue to receive surgeries on his facial features and the sex reassignment surgery to completely become a woman.
He said he started to have the idea of becoming a woman at 16. Two years ago, he finally walked on the street in lady’s clothes.
