In 1923, the first twist-up tube was patented by an American named James Bruce Mason Jr. and since then women have been applying color to their lips in the same fashion.
While the lipstick still remains as an essential beauty item today, the advent of a new lip coloring product has given women a new option in lip dressing. The lip stain is seeing a rise in use and interest.
