When we’re in the office, we spend a lot of time on the chair. When we get home chances are we’ll spend more time sitting down watching the TV or having dinner. In fact, we spend a lot of time on our behind.

But did you know all that sitting down is not good for your health? It can be very detrimental.

We are not made to sit down all day and being stuck on a chair can bring a myriad of health problems. One of them is backache. Back pain is reported to be the second most common reason for visits to the doctor’s office.

We’ve all experiences some form of backache at one point of time during our lives. Though muscle rubs (or ointments), a massage or even a visit to the chiropractor can alleviate the pain, an acute backache is not easy to deal with. The pain can be overwhelming affecting our lives in many pronounced ways; disrupting even.
