We were privileged to welcome international designer Hussein Chalayan who closes Audi Fashion Festival 2013 with a resounding applaud from captivated audience.
Bringing his signature conceptual designs, the twice named British Designer of the Year is renowned for his innovative use of materials, meticulous pattern cutting and progressive attitudes towards new technology.
The festival also presented two International Asian labels – Singapore’s very own, RAOUL and Tsumori Chisato from Japan.
From Paris to Singapore, RAOUL presented their Autumn/Winter 2013 collection at the festival after a successful show at the recent Milan Fashion Week.

Tsumori Chisato signature style was easily identified with the innovative use of luxurious textiles, intricate beading, embroidery, appliqués and prints on her designs.

London-based, Singaporean designer, Ashley Isham, returns to the AFF tent with his Autumn/Winter 2013 collection which proved to be a breakthrough with his signature draping and strong tailoring blended with Isham’s distinctive glamour and styling.
Celebrating local brands, Ashley Isham accessorized his show with crocodile leather handbags by Singapore heritage brand, Kwanpen.

Belgian designer presented his Autumn/Winter 2013 collection at the Audi Fashion Festival 2013 is his first ever Asia, showcase.
The team has drawn inspiration from the decorated works of Spanish renaissance artists like El Greco.

Iconic Australian fashion label, Collette Dinnigan, best known for her cocktail dresses and feminine red carpet gowns charmed the audience with her signature romantic bohemian and timeless elegant style.

Singapore-based independent fashion label, Zardozë, debuted their first-ever show at the festival with their Fall/Winter 2013 and Panthea 2013 collections.
The show closes with a show-stopping, one-of-a-kind diamond dress.
Made in atelier in Paris, it features 130-carat of diamonds and is valued at over half a million dollars.

To sum it all up, AFF had celebrated its five years of iconic success with tremendous achievement this year and exciting line up of brands.
Audi Fashion Festival 2013 has always been “the event” marked down on every fashionistas calendar.
We’re hoping that AFF will be bringing more of such international brands to walk down the runway on the next AFF 2014.
