It’s Breast Cancer Awareness month. So here’s a way to turn foreplay with your boobs into something very useful. Encourage your man to get to know your breasts and pay attention to any irregularities that could be a sign of cancer. He’s touching them anyway, so he might as well try to save your life while he’s at it.
Did you know that no two pairs of breasts are the same. Your breasts differ in size and shape and even nipple color from every other woman. One breast may have a different shape than the other, or even sit a little differently on your chest. And most likely, one of your breasts is larger than the other. You’d be surprised, that he could very well be more familiar with your breasts than you are.
Here are some simple steps he can add to your boob play.
Step 1: Get a nice massage oil. Not only is this sensual, but it will allow his hands to glide over your breasts easily and smoothly.
Step 2: Get naked and lie on your back in a comfortable place like a bed or sofa, and put one arm behind your head.
Step 3: Your man uses his three middle fingers, and applies pressure to the breast on the same side as your lifted arm. Be gentle but press hard enough to feel lumps or knots. Use the pads of his fingers not the tips.
Step 4: He can either move his fingers in a circle around the nipple or in an up and down movement as if drawing invisible lines. Whatever pattern choosen, keep it the same from month to month to help familiarize with how your breasts feel.
Step 5: Look for changes in skin texture or tone like dimpling, discoloration or discharge from the nipples. He can check your nipples by gently suckling them.
Step 6: Raise your other arm so he can examine your other breast. As before, check for lumps and changes in skin texture.
Step 7: After he has completed the examination, stand up in front of him. Breasts feel differently when a woman is standing. Have him caress your breasts while you stand in front of him with your arms to your side.
Step 8: Reward your ‘doctor’ for the awesome boob play session.
Make this a regular part of foreplay, at least every month. Call your doctor (real doctor!) if there is a change in size or shape of your breast, a lump or skin changes (like redness, dimples or puckers) or if there is any nipple changes or unusual discharge. These symptoms may not indicate cancer but a doctor should rule it out.
