This Halloween, Clarke Quay transformed into a playground for the overtly esctatic Halloweeners. Cobwebs strewn across the countertops of bars, pumpkins sitting on every restaurant table, and not to mention, packs of people parading in their Halloween best. We scoured the streets of Clarke Quay for the coolest costumes, and of course, the most imaginative makeup that women would dare paint on their faces.
