Whatever that looks good isn't comfortable. And whatever that is comfortable doesn't look good. True?
Comfy and lazy wear at home is definitely given the OK sign. But if your comfy level is so high even on your girls' night out, I think it is time to sound the alarm. Unironed and wrinkled clothings, baggy and oversized sweaters, flip flops, and dark circles are tell-tale signs that you need some serious help.
Bust the myth that comfortable outfits are sloppy. Done correctly, they can make you look like an off-duty supermodel.
Here's the all encompassing fashion guide for the lazy girl.
1. Throw out all the clothes that no longer fit
Decluttering your wardrobe will save the lazy girl a lot of time in the morning. There is no need to go through the heaps of clothes in the morning and the risk of wearing something that no longer fits, or a piece that is turning yellow.

2. Plan ahead
Take 5 mins from the night before, stand in front of your wardrobe and plan your outfit for tomorrow. Iron whatever that is necessary so that you won't be grabbing any piece that doesn't look wrinkled the next morning. This reduces your risk of looking mismatched.

3. Stay with neutral colours
You won't have to match colours when all your colours match each other. And people love neutrals for a reason.

4. If not, add a piece of bright colour to your outfit

5. Overalls for no fuss chic
Definitely comfortable, and yet you are going to look really stylish!

6. Layer on
Singapore is too hot to add layers? You are so wrong. Mesh and chiffon materials are light and easy. Layering gets even easier if you are staying indoors most of the time. Adds that touch of I-put-a-thought-into-my-outfit look even if you haven't.

7. Add some accessories
Put on a hair accessory or a hat to look instantly like a fashionista even if you are just wearing a white tee shirt and tattered jeans. Don't forget to pick the correct bag too!

8. No flip flops!
Unless you are heading to the beach, flip flops on the streets are big no no. White sneakers will be in trend this year so you are safe with them. Besides, they go with almost everything don't they! But then again, sometimes heels are really better. Invest in a basic black and a nude pair and you will have no problem matching them to your outfits anymore.
