When it comes to shoes, Nicole Kidman tends to veer towards the more daring side of the spectrum - or so she says in a new behind-the-scenes film of her Jimmy Choo campaign.

"I am always partial to a thigh-high boot, so that would probably be my favourite," she said. "My husband and I have motorbikes, so I'm definitely a boot girl. I like a mid-heel and I've always loved kitten heels."

Kidman has previously fronted campaigns for Chanel and Omega, yet her latest fashion role was an entirely new challenge for her.

"I've never done anything like this before, so it was very original to me - to be able to embrace that glamorous, sexy vibe," she said. "A lot of the time I'm told to soften, soften, soften, so to play to that sexy-tough thing is fun."
