Weightlifting ain't anything new. But weightlifting with your vagina? I mean, how? or why? But apparently Kim Anami swears by it, and the benefits it brings!

Kim Anami uses her vagina to lift objects from donuts to rocks and even big items like surf boards. She encourages women to strengthen their pelvic muscles through vagina weightlifting and she claims that it has anti-aging properties and it can help women overcome depression. "Having a strong pelvic floor and vagina muscles helps with everything from increasing libido, orgasmic potential and lubrication, eliminating incontinence, and preventing pelvic organ prolapse, especially after childbirth."

She documents her vagina weightlifting on Instagram where she is seen lifting different kinds of objects with her vagina.

Kim Anami tires a string to a jade egg, which she inserts into her vagina. At the other and of the string are all kinds of objects that she lifts with her super strong vagina muscles.

She practices at least 5 times a week and doctors have agreed that the benefits of vagina weightlifting are real.
