In the past, we’ve reported on some of the more extreme cases of plastic surgery in China. These men and women are obsessed with beauty and are willing to go to any lengths to reach their ideal. Changing everything from the contours of their face to its features, they become completely unrecognizable from their former selves.

Among these dedicated beauty seekers is a subgroup that has been garnering a lot of attention recently: the triangle heads. Recently, we discovered another of this terrifying breed.

The user appeared on the Chinese message board tt.mop.com, where she claimed to have had plastic surgery to taper her chin. It’s not clear whether that’s true or not, but her pointy chin is certainly far from natural. The other users in China seem to find her visage just as creepy as the rest of us, though. Here are some of their comments:

-  If you photoshopped this, you are pretty bad at it.

-  Too angular.

-  Your makeup sucks.

-  That is way creepy.

-  It’s some kind of monster! Earth is in peril!

-  Oh… my… god!

-  Alien.

-  I can’t even stand looking at it.

-  I’m speechless.

-  How the hell did you get your face that shape?!

It doesn’t appear to be a very popular look.

The desire to be beautiful is understandable, but with this kind of extreme plastic surgery, there’s a possibility that you will actually become repellant.

And if you really are shaving down the chin bone, wouldn’t you have trouble talking and eating?
