I can’t stress this enough. The BEST workout and diet plan is the plan that you actually FOLLOW THROUGH with it. The best coaching, training plan or diet plan based on your dietary needs doesn’t mean anything if you don’t actually follow through with it.
I am pretty sure everyone does have #bodygoals. We all do, but how does one pick the right plan for that goal?
1. Do enough research to make you feel comfortable about starting that plan for your goals
2. Watch YouTube tutorials (I personally like watching POP Sugar Fitness)
3. Read up on basic workouts and try to find somebody in your situation that has succeeded with that plan before (if possible) so that could further motivate you to work towards that #bodygoal
4. And then start. Like, NOW.
Pick a plan, and try it out for 30-60 days. Follow it to a T. Do EXACTLY what they recommend and then re-evaluate. You need to become your own guinea pig, be consistent with the workout plan that you’re following. Here’s one great tip: To know if your plan is working, whatever gets measured, gets improved. Take measurements or new photos to track your progress. Ask yourself questions. Am I feeling better? Am I looking better? Am I happy?
If so, then great! Keep doing it! Mostly importantly, be mindful and make informed decision and keep moving forward. Good luck!
