Get in Tune with Your Body
Running through a pain is never a good idea. In fact, many beginners haven’t mastered the skill of tuning into themselves and adjusting their workout accordingly.
If you’re feeling sore, don’t run, instead take time to rest, and then continue when the sore disappear.

Humble Beginning is The Key
Not all runs need to be done with great intensity and long distance. For a start, keep your sessions at low to moderate intensity. This will allow your body to adapt to the stress of exercise.
For 2 times a week, push yourself a little further (by increasing your running duration or distance), and then backing down the next day. This enables your body to get sufficient rest and recovery.

Get Rested
All kind of exercises create micro tears in the muscle tissue. The body then rushes in to rebuild and repair these tears as part of the normal muscle building process. However, with insufficient rest, the body may not have enough time to fully recover before the next run. And you might ended up feeling sorer all over.
