Follow the Lead
You might want to wander off by yourself in the nature, however it’s really not fun getting lost. This is especially true if you’re totally new to the trek route. To prevent this, make sure to follow the footsteps of your trek leader and be around him or her always.

Load up the Water Bottles
Dehydration or muscle cramp are really awful during trekking. To avoid these, keep yourself hydrated by filling up your bottles before the trip. Also, water contains oxygen, which can compensate for the low oxygen levels in high altitude treks.
