Hatha

Being the mother of all modern yoga renditions, Hatha is a form of slower paced yoga that emphasises on breathing (pranayama), basic postures (asanas) and meditation (dyana).This kind of yoga invigorates both the mind and body, and is recommended for beginners.

Vinyasa

Breathing is an important element in Vinyasa, as the movements are synchronized with the breath. If you are someone who really want to sweat it all out, this type of yoga is definitely for you, as there is a lot of movement and variety for you to play around.

Bikram

Looking for a detox session? Then Bikram might be perfect for you. It is conducted in a sauna-like room (40.6 C and 40% humidity) along with 26 poses and 2 breathing practices. Yin

Patience is all you need for Yin yoga, as most poses are held for up to 20 minutes. This yoga focuses on postures that target the connective tissues in the body (pelvis or hips) and it’s wonderful for anyone who really want to quiet their mind.
