Have a Regular Fitness Test or Check Up

Though you might be a healthy individual, but bear in mind that any new activity can stress your body. Thus, before beginning any new exercise, it’s advisable to consult your doctor. For exercise, you definitely want to dress comfortably and safely. You might risk tripping over your pants, or experience the annoyance of constantly pushing your sleeves up with loose clothes. Likewise, clothes that are too tight can restrict your movements. The best advice is really to go for clothes that are specially designed for exercise.

Eat & Drink

Working out on an empty stomach is never a good idea. As it can result in low blood sugar, which leads to fatigue and giddiness. Rather have a light snack that comprises of carbohydrates and protein 30 minutes to an hour before your workout to provide you with the fuel you need. Remember to keep yourself hydrated too.
