So quickly 2016 is coming to an end. How did yours go?
The best that had happened to me for this entire 2016 is all about my baby boy. The motivation that kept me moving on.
The past me gave up easily, because I lived on my own. I had no commitments. I did what made me happy. To be honest, this is the very first full time job that I’ve been hanging for so long. Never once I’ve worked as a full timer for my entire life. It’s all for him.
Being able to witness my son’s milestones makes me even happier. You know what’s even better? When he calls you. When you reach home every day, he will just smile and run towards you. Pestering you to carry, to play and to bring him out. I’ve never regretted having Emerald at such a young age. He’s my everything.
2016, I guess I’ve grown a lot? Maybe it’s self-assumption. But who cares. I know my priority well. I learned to give up on the things and life I used to love and enjoy. Yes, most of the time I’m always at home. Very unlike me. But right now, this is really the life I’m having.
Friendships drifted, I’ve lost “friends” that were not understanding too. People just come and go. But I’m glad that my clique stayed.
