Another Bizarre Nail Trend: Pierced Nails

We have the mirror nails, bracelet nails, the recent wire nails, and now, Kim Kardashian just stunned her fans with her new pierced nails.

Kim Kardashian posted her latest nails on her Snapchat after her long break from social media. Golden hoops were pierced into her silver long nails and we have to say that it totally rocks the statement earrings trend this year.

However, pierced nails aren't exactly unique to Kim Kardashian because it was already quite a hit on the SS17 runways. Nail brand Orly, who was in charge of styling the nails of the models for Fyodor Golan during the SS17 show did the pierced nail art, with hanging jewels pierced on pastel pink and blue nails. Besides, a search on Instagram will show us that pierced nails aren't that uncommon.

I'm not too sure what you think but pierced nails are a no no to me. I don't know how am I going to be washing my hair and going about my daily chores without having something getting caught in them. And typing? I guess I can forget about it too.
