For the uninitiated, the enhanced 7 hectares urban park is actually the largest park and features the most number of slides (26 in total) in Singapore! There are 3 main play areas - Junior Play, Adventure Play & the Family Terracing Play, and here’s how to enjoy a fun& danger-free day at the site.
Read the Signage Prior to Playing
It’s always better to be safe than sorry. To avoid being injured we strongly suggest reading the signage for information on the proper usage of the playground facilities. If you find reading a chore, you can always approach the friendly station staffs for an explanation.

Challenge Your Kids to the Curved Roller (Adventure Play)
Hop onto the lane opposite your kids, and compete with them to see who can manoeuvre through the longest outdoor slide (34 m long) in the park the fastest. The fastest of all will get an interesting drink (e.g. fruit infused water or Vitagen Less Sugar) as an award. The key here is to make your kids drink after a day of fun, so parents do go slow and let them win!
Though the slide has gentle curves and is lined with conveyor belt easy sliding, do remind your kids to hold onto the sides as they glide down.
Take a Wefie as You Slide Down the Family Slide (Junior Play, 2-5 yrs old)
As the name suggests, you can glide down this slide with your family all at the same time! This feature is the widest slide in the entire park and can accommodate up to 4 adults & their children all one go at a gradual safe speed. Remember to hold your kids’ hand as you slide down, and take a celebratory wefie.

If you still shiver at the thought of venturing the slides with your kids, fret not! Here are some less “adventurous” yet equally fun ways to enjoy the park:
Let Your Creative Juices Flow
Pack your “tools” along and explore the sandy areas by building your kids’ ideal sandcastles with them. Alternatively, both your kids and you can draw on the sand, who knows your kid might be the next Picaso!

Sing As You Go Around the World
Hop on the merry-go-round with your little ones, and sing their favourite songs or recite their favourite rhymes as you guys “travel” around the world.
Unleash that Fitspo Model in You
Besides the adventures, the park also serves as a wonderful backdrop to get that fitspo shot. As the saying goes, the more the merrier, level up your game by getting your kids into your fitness model inspired shot! One potential spot is definitely the Kallang wave thingy (as seen below), pose as spider man as you guys climb up the suspension bridges.

Alternatively, your family can pose as rock climbers like these kids did:
