A month ago, I visited Dr Martin Huang at MH Plastic Surgery to try the Cool Sculpt technology.

As you can tell, I'm on a pursuit of trying various fat freezing technology to see which one works the best for me so I have been trying to search for a clinic which can help me achieve my desired results.

I have heard so much about coolsculpting so I have decided to give it a try with Dr Martin Huang.

What is Cool Sculpting?

Cool Sculpt is a non-surgical fat reduction treatment that uses controlled cooling to eliminate stubborn fat that resists all efforts through diet and exercise.

How does it work?

The cool sculpt procedure safely delivers precisely controlled cooling to gently and effectively target the fat cells underneath the skin. Treated fat cells are crystallised (frozen), then die. Over time, your body processes the fats and eliminates all these dead skin cells.

The applicator comes in different sizes for different parts of our body.

The clinic is located in Paragon which makes their clinic accessible for all their patients – especially so for me because I do not have to travel out of town to meet my clients. I even slotted my coolsculpting in between my appointments.

They'll strap the cool sculpt device on the area where you want to freeze your fats. There was a tingling suction but it was bearable.

The whole process only took 35 minutes per area. My stomach was split into left section and right section so my whole cool sculpt process took 1.5 hours with massages in between.

My stomach felt extremely sore after the treatment & it became quite painful after the device was removed from my body. In comparison to the previous treatment I did, this was more painful. It felt like someone punched my stomach & there was a longer downtime of up to 2 weeks. But they say – no pain no gain. So I am feeling pretty hopeful about this.

I've already seen an improvement in my belly so far. But I'll wait for further progress to show you guys the difference in my next blog post so stay tuned!
