MyFatPocket was honoured to be one of the media platforms that were invited to "Made in Korea 2017" (MIK). Editor Xinyi Soh and Resident Blogger Roanna Tan flew in to Seoul for the MIK Conference & Networking Party, and managed to discover many new Korean beauty and IT brands that were not yet available in Singapore.
MIK Conference & Networking Party was held at The-K hotel, Seoul (formerly Education Cultural Center) on November 29th, 2017. It was a meeting point for Korean brands and foreign business owners, and a fantastic opportunity for each party to look into new business ventures.

Consultation with Crowdfunding Platform of Korea and Campfire, the leading crowdfunding firm in Japan was held at the same time.
Yamanaka NoKo of Campfire, No.1 crowdfunding platform in Japan, introduced a strategy for successful crowdfunding in Japan and provided consultation to participants at MIK 2017. Along with Campfire, WADIZ, INTWEENCOMPANY, WINNERSLAB, and KSEEDER also attended the event to gain an in-depth knowledge of crowdfunding.

We looked into the different brands and new products available at MIK 2017 and picked 3 of our favourites that we found to be useful and innovative.
