Christopher Kane debuted his first ever handbag collection at London Fashion Week. Fancy a closer look?

British designer Christopher Kane debuted his first leather handbag collection at London Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2014, to a rather large round of applause. 

Though Christopher has previously designed a pencil case clutch, this is his first full bag collection - hurrah - made up of eight styles in calfskin, alligator, and python.

Yep, he's diving right in. 

Harking back to his Spring/Summer 2007 break-out collection, the designer has revisited his big safety buckle details and oversized plastic zips, wrapping them around bags that'll probably never be struck by pickpockets.
