The recently concluded Mrs Singapore and Classic Mrs Singapore pageant was a celebratory homage to the essence of being a Woman. Each of the contestants represented the 2Ms in a (married) woman’s life – Motherhood and Marriage in their own unique ways. Organized by ERM Marketing Singapore Pte Ltd along with Fresver Beauty the event needless to say, was a huge success.
ERM Marketing Singapore Pte Ltd is synonymous with beauty pageants. They are the people behind a host of events such as the Ms Singapore, Mrs Singapore, Ms Chinatown and Mrs Chinatown to name a few. ERM are also the International franchise owner to Manhunt International, Miss Tourism Queen International, Miss Global Beauty Queen and many more. Through their numerous events, ERM Marketing Singapore Pte Ltd produces an average of 15 Queens or pageant winners each year. The winners are then sent overseas to compete internationally.
Recently MFP spoke to Angela, Managing Director of ERM Marketing Singapore Pte Ltd to find out about her perception on beauty pageants, her experience and her opinion on the 2Ms (Motherhood and Marriage) and the Mrs Singapore and Classic Mrs Singapore 2014 pageant. Angela is no stranger to beauty pageants herself, having been the winner for events such as Miss Singapore Globe 1991, Miss Union (NTUC) and Miss Singapore Tourism Queen in 1993 and Mrs Singapore Globe in 2003. In 2012 under the guidance of Mr Alex Liu, she started ERM Marketing Singapore Pte Ltd.
