I Have No Time!
We know, it’s challenging to set aside time for exercise in the midst of a hectic week. However, with a little creativity, you can easily sneak in some short exercises to keep you both in sane and in shape!

- Squeeze in short walks throughout the day
You don’t need to engage in a full workout if you’re indeed pressing for time. Rather squeeze in shorter spurts of exercises (spaced out throughout the day) as part of your daily routine to gain health benefits.

Some ideas include:
Parking your car a few blocks away, and walk to the destination
Walking to and fro from to get your lunch fix
Alighting 2 or 3 bus stops away from your home, and walk home
- Wake up early
Get up 30 minutes earlier for twice a week to exercise, if you know your day will be jam packed, and your evening is just as hectic. Once you’ve adjusted to the morning workout, add another 2 days to the routine.

- Revamp your rituals
Instead of your usual Fridays parties with your buddies or weekend matinee with the kids, why not convert it into a hearty Friday Zumba Class, or Saturday pool and biking session?

- Make full use of commuting time
Feeling bored in the train, or getting irritated due to the train breakdown? Instead of letting your emotions consume you, maximise your travelling time by trying out stretching exercises!

- Break it till you make it!
No one say you need to complete 30 minutes of exercise at one go! Instead of doing so, why not break up your exercise time into 3 periods of 10 minutes?
