It doesn’t hurts to wake up 15 to 30 minutes early, and engage in some stretching or sit ups on the comfort of your bed!
- Set Realistic Expectations
Ever heard of the saying, “it takes 3 days to build Rome”? This applies to your exercise routine too! Rather than setting your mental bar high, why not start with something comfortable (e.g. jogging for 10 minutes instead of 1 hour). Doing so, not only prevent you from giving up, but also help to build up your exercise momentum gradually.
