Travelling is a fun affair but are you having difficulties finding a suitable outfit and makeup for your flight?

I enjoy travelling and I want go to as many places as I can while I’m still young.

I travel once almost every 2-3 months to a new place though it’ll be great if I can do so more often. I will be going Japan again in November and to Korea in February. On a side note, I will be cutting down on my travels as I gotta start thinking about my future and plan for retirement. And you should start too if you haven’t already =)

With all the recent travels, I realised that I actually love sitting on the plane. I used to hate flying because of the turbulence but now I find it very fun. Lol. I have also noticed that my skin condition has gotten worse for the past one year. That’s probably the downside of travelling ‘too much’.

Travelling can be really tiring with all the packing and unpacking, and the constant movement as you want to cover as many travel spots as you can and not waste a single minute of it. But it was worth it. The only thing suffering is my pocket. Haha.

My onboard outfit is usually the same – loose sweater and loose pants. Anything tight suffocates me. I like to feel comfortable so that I can sleep better. I avoid jeans as well so that I can move my legs easily.

You should avoid tight clothing because you won’t be moving a lot in the plane hence this will result in poor blood circulation.

I used to apply makeup like my foundation and blusher when going on a plane as I was so worried about people seeing me with my bare face. But ever since I talked to Juli of Bun Bun Makeup Tips during our flight to Tokyo last year, I realized that it’s not good to put makeup on my face overnight and it’s better to keep it breathable with just light moisturizer and sunblock.

It is very important to let your skin breathe and keep them hydrated when you are on the plane. Drinking more water is one simple thing that you can do!

Our skin is important. I used to save on my skincare just because I wanted to save some money. Now, I have come to realise that yes, skincare is expensive but they are essentials.

Nowadays, I apply toner, moisturizer and sunblock when I fly. I reckon it’s better to reach my destination and apply my makeup instead of keeping them on my face for long hours. If anybody sees me, so be it. Everyone looks different without their makeup anyway.
